Farmsy is a production subscription SaaS I built and run end-to-end: an interactive map of ~8,000 farm shops across the Netherlands and Belgium, a subscription paywall with free trials, and a full admin platform for managing listings, claims, submissions and support. Payments run across three billing rails — Stripe on web, RevenueCat on iOS and Android — kept in sync by webhooks so a user is never double-charged. Also includes a community feature-voting roadmap, five-language internationalisation, automated trial and win-back email sequences, and EU-compliant analytics. Live on Google Play, with the iOS build in review.
